The Cabooter Group is developing the largest inland rail terminal in the Netherlands in Sevenum. The terminal will become the main hub between the ports and the hinterland. With eight tracks, each measuring 900 meters long, it will be able to accommodate even the longest trains possible.

The Rail Terminal is located in the heart of Greenport Venlo. Greenport Venlo is a region of national and international importance undergoing rapid economic development. This unique region, developed and managed by the development company Ontwikkelbedrijf Greenport Venlo, comprises business parks, natural landscapes, and a campus.
The Rail Terminal will cost over €70 million in total. Of this, €50 million will be funded by the national government, the province, and the municipality for the construction of 11 kilometers of track. The remaining €20 million will be paid by Cabooter itself.
